- Motor KV Efficiency Curve: 2400 KV motors hit peak torque at ~72% throttle, best cruise at 45–55%.
- ESC Timing: Run at Medium–High with damped light mode ON. Too high = wasted amps, too low = stuttering.
- PID Filter Stack: Gyro LPF → Dynamic Notch → RPM Filter. Order matters. Noise floor tuning can gain you 30–50 RPM headroom.
- Prop Load Test: Tri-blades generate 5–8 dB less peak noise vs bi-blades at 75% throttle.
- Flight Noise Profiles: Cruise = 59 dB @ 15 m; Burst Thrust = 72 dB; Hover = 64 dB avg.
- Telemetry Rec: Enable ESC current + RPM logging. Helps match throttle curve to efficiency window.
- Throttle Expo: Add a 0.3–0.35 expo for cinematic control curves without sacrificing burst responsiveness.
