The Eren the Southpaw TV anime adaptation has received a key visual, along with new cast announcements.
The additional cast includes Koji Yusa as Hajime Yanagi, Yurina Amami as Yurina Mihashi, Kazuyuki Okitsu as Yusuke Kamiya, Akira Sekine as Akari Kishi, and Yui Ishikawa as Sayuri Kato.
Eren the Southpaw (Hidarikiki no Eren) is set to premiere in April 2026. The premise sees Koichi Asakura, a young designer at an advertising firm who works hard while dreaming of becoming famous, recalling the memory of Eren, a genius he met in his high school days.
Eren the Southpaw started as a manga by Kappi, which was followed by a Shueisha-published remake written by Kappi and drawn by nifuni. The remake manga ran on Shonen Jump+ from 2017 to 2022, with physical volumes published under the Jump Comic + label.
