Mika Pikazo Draws Illustrations for iFace Japan Phone Accessory Collaboration

Illustrator Mika Pikazo has produced new artwork for a collaboration with phone accessory maker iFace. Starting on April 28, iFace Japan will release a line of products, including iPhone cases, that feature Pikazo’s strikingly colored illustrations.

The collaboration’s accessories will have one of two designs (discounting color variants): the internet-themed POP FACE and the more self-explanatory PHONE GIRL. The former, which features a head shot of a girl with a hand spread open in front, seeks to depict a girl who is always fashionable and uploads pictures of herself to social media. “Always holding on to her phone, she connects with the world through the net,” says the description.

On the other hand, PHONE GIRL depicts a girl with a pager and flip phone, with the idea being that someone with a smartphone is photographing her.

The iPhone cases in the Mika Pikazo x iFace lineup are the First Class MagSynq Case (5,280 yen/~US$33.15, tax-included) and the Reflection case with clear tempered glass, with the latter comes in a set that includes two inner sheets (also 5,280 yen after tax). Other offerings in the collaboration are the First Class AirPods case (3,300 yen/~US$20.72 after tax) and the MagSynq card wallet and card set (3,740 yen/~US$23.48 after tax).

Earlier this year, Anime Expo 2026 revealed Pikazo as the artist for its main visual. She was also tapped by popular virtual idol Hoshimachi Suisei to produce the latter’s new profile picture, which went up late last month (Pikazo is the character designer for Suisei’s hololive colleague, Hakos Baelz).
