A trailer and key visual for The Forgotten Saintess and Her Foodie Roadtrip have been released. There are also more cast announcements for the TV anime, which is set to begin airing in July.
Those cast additions are Sumire Morohoshi as Aria, Shinnosuke Tachibana as Senon, Shoya Chiba as Ed, and Kaede Hondo as Gomamiso.
The Forgotten Saintess and Her Foodie Roadtrip (Suterare Seijo no Isekai Gohantabi Kakure Skill de Camping Car o Shokan shimashita) is based on the light novel series written by Yoneori and illustrated by Akane Nito. The light novels’ premise sees female protagonist Rin being summoned as a saint to another world, only to be rejected after being deemed a failure. Armed with the ability to discover the true value of something under specific conditions, Rin sets out on a journey via a summoned RV and runs into an adventurer, who asks her to be his party’s chef after tasting her cooking.
The light novel series, which is published under the KADOKAWA BOOKS label/imprint, began in 2020 and has six volumes as of 2024. There is a manga.
