The second cour for the Fist of the North Star: Hokuto no Ken anime series will debut in Japan sometime in 2027. The first cour began airing in Japan on April 10, 2026 and ran for 14 episodes until June 26, 2026. A 15-second trailer previewing the anime’s upcoming 15th episode (which will kickstart the second cour) has also been released. Hiroshi Maeda (Genesis of Aquarion compositing director) is directing the new Fist of the North Star anime series, with Kazuhiko Inukai (Bakugan: Armored Alliance) as series composer, Kazuma Ogasawara as assistant director, Naoki Hisatsune (Magic Kaito 2010 sub-character designer) as character designer, Koji (written in katakana) as animation director, and Yuki Hayashi (My Hero Academia) as music composer.
