A new teaser trailer, ending theme song, and more cast members have been revealed for the upcoming #Kanagawa ni Sunderu Elf light anime series. The light anime will begin broadcasting in Japan on TV Kanagawa’s local news and variety program Neko no Hitai Hodo Wide on December 4, 2025.
The ending theme song spotlighted in the new trailer is “#KanaEruMagic! (feat. Masahiro Inoue)” by the band The Folie Phantom.
In addition, the additional cast members joining the series include:

They join a previously announced voice cast that includes:

#Kanagawa ni Sunderu Elf will be directed by Yuji Umoto (SHIBUYA♡HACHI), with Taeko Miura as sound director and Shin Kawamoto as music composer. IMAGICA Infos and Imageworks Studio are handling the animation production.
The light anime adaptation was first announced earlier this past August, along with a live-action TV drama that began airing in Japan (also on the Neko no Hitai Hodo Wide program) on September 30, 2025.
The original manga series by Yoroida debuted in Micro Magazine’s Comic Elmo on August 4, 2020. Five volumes have been released as of March 2025, with a sixth volume set to be published in Japan on December 10, 2025.
The light anime’s official website describes the main synopsis of #Kanagawa ni Sunderu Elf as:
The elves, whose forest home was once burned down — lived in “Kanagawa”.
Located just south of Tokyo, Kanagawa Prefecture is home to elves who live as ordinary residents — not in secrecy but in plain sight — in places like Yokohama, Yokosuka, Chigasaki, and Sagamihara .
At the heart of the story is “The Elf of Yokohama” and “The Human of Kawasaki” who, for various reasons, just can’t leave him alone.
A modern fantasy comedy overflowing with local pride, featuring “KANAGAWA ELVES” who have fully adapted to life in contemporary Japan!
