The fifth Girls und Panzer das Finale installment and the first Girls und Panzer: Motto Love Love Sakusen desu! entry have received a teaser visual and key visual, respectively. It was also announced that the former anime will begin screening in Japanese theaters in 2026, while the latter has gotten a trailer as well.
The theatrical release dates for the Motto Love Love Sakusen desu! spin-off‘s four parts (labelled as Acts) were made known earlier this year. The respective dates are December 26, January 30, 2026, March 6, 2026, and April 10, 2026.

Both anime are part of the Girls und Panzer franchise where cute girls engage in tank combat (as a sport). Girls und Panzer das Finale is a six-part theatrical series that began in 2017, after the 2012 Girls und Panzer TV anime and a 2015 anime movie. Meanwhile, Motto Love Love Sakusen desu! is based on the 4-koma manga drawn by Maruko Nii and serialized in KADOKAWA’s Monthly Comic Alive.
Actas has so far been the animation production company for Girls und Panzer das Finale. The CGI was originally produced by Graphinica before becoming a co-production with STUDIO Katyusha (which is named first in the credits) in Part 2. STUDIO Katyusha became solely credited starting in Part 3.
