A new teaser trailer has been revealed for the upcoming Romelia War Chronicle TV anime series. The anime adaptation is scheduled to premiere in Japan sometime in 2026.
The new trailer features the voice of the lead character, Romelia von Graham, whose voice actress was not announced. Other members of the anime’s voice cast, animation studio, and staff have not yet been announced, as of the time of writing.
The anime is based on the fantasy light novel series written by Ryo Ariyama and illustrated by Kodama. It was first published under Shogakukan’s Gagaga Books label on June 19, 2020 and has released six volumes as of November 2025, including a side story volume.
Romelia War Chronicle originally began as a Shosetsuka ni Naro web novel in August 2019. The series also inspired a manga adaptation by Ryo Kamito in April 2021.

Seven Seas Entertainment licensed the manga for English release, describing the main synopsis as:
After journeying alongside her fiancé on his quest to defeat the Demon King, Romelia is suddenly deemed useless and sent home, her engagement annulled. While the prince and his group return as celebrated heroes, Rome goes home as a disgrace. But she’s not the same girl who left her province. While following the adventurers, Rome was the only one without magic or strength but she found her own abilities in trade, negotiation, finances, and gathering information. And now, she plans to use these skills to not only help her family’s province, but help the still struggling kingdom. The Demon King may be defeated, but his allies and demons continue to roam.
With only her wits and brilliance, Rome will build an army of her own and keep the kingdom safe — no matter what it takes.
