Kaiju Girl Caramelise Anime Coming in 2026
### Synopsis
A TV anime adaptation of the Kaiju Girl Caramelise manga has been announced with a 2026 premiere date. A teaser trailer and teaser visual are also out. Hikari Senga is protagonist Kuroe Akaishi, a high-school girl with a “mysterious illness” and social awkwardness. When she realizes that she’s fallen for popular classmate Arata Minami (Daishi Kajita), Kuroe’s “dormant power” is awakened. Teruyuki Omine is directing the anime at LIDENFILMS with Yuniko Ayana (BanG Dream! It’s MyGO!!!!!, BanG Dream!) as series composer and NUT’s Mitomi Nakayama as character designer. A total of 113 tankobon volumes have been released as of November 2025. VIZ Media releases the manga series in English.
