GamerzCrave 2kW Power Station — Quick Start

Pure sine, 24 V LiFePO₄. 2,000 W continuous (check your inverter label for surge). Keep dry & ventilated.

Before You Begin

  • Place on a firm surface; vents clear.
  • ⚠️ Safety Never backfeed a building. Use outlets only.
  • Max continuous load: 2,000 W. Start big loads one-at-a-time.
  • Cables tight, no damaged insulation.

Know the Controls

  • Breaker: DC battery → inverter ON/OFF
  • Inverter: AC power switch / display
  • AC IN: Wall cord for charging
  • AC OUT: Plug devices here
  • Shunt/SOC: Battery percent & amps

Powering Devices

  1. Flip Breaker ON.
  2. Press Inverter ON.
  3. Plug devices into AC OUT.
  4. Stagger heavy loads; watch SOC and watts.

If inverter trips: reduce load; check surge ratings.

Charge from Wall (AC)

  1. Connect wall cord to AC IN.
  2. Charger starts (inverter may be ON or OFF, per model).
  3. Confirm charge amps on display/shunt.
  4. Unplug to stop charging.

Set LiFePO₄ profile: Absorb ~28.4–28.8 V; Float ~27.0–27.6 V.

Charge from Solar (MPPT)

  1. Battery connected to MPPT first.
  2. Close PV disconnect; verify polarity.
  3. Sun hits panels → charge amps rise.
  4. To shut down: Open PV first, then battery if needed.

Fuse each string when ≥2 in parallel (e.g., 15 A MC4 fuses).

Fast Runtime Estimates

Usable energy ≈ ~2.1 kWh (90% DoD × 90% eff).

  • 50 W → ~42 h
  • 200 W → ~10.5 h
  • 500 W → ~4.2 h
  • 1,000 W → ~2.1 h
  • 2,000 W → ~1.0 h

Actual varies with temperature & surge/idle losses.

Indicators & Limits

  • SOC dropping fast? Reduce load.
  • Voltage: ~28.4–28.8 V (absorb), ~27.0–27.6 V (float), <23 V low.
  • Thermals: Fans should ramp under load/charge.

Emergency

  • Smell/smoke/overheat: Inverter OFF → Breaker OFF → Unplug AC IN.
  • Move to ventilated area; let cool; inspect lugs & fuses.
