The Expelled from Paradise: Resonance (Rakuen Tsuiho -Kokoro no Resonance-) anime film has received a new preview in the form of a third teaser. This was accompanied by a number of other reveals, among them a November 13, 2026 Japanese release date and the casting of Ayane Sakura as Gabriel, the blonde character with a resemblance to the first film’s Angela Balzac who has been prominently featured in the sequel’s promotional materials.
Aside from Sakura, it was announced that Saori Hayami, Yoshino Aoyama, and Sally Amaki are onboard as Arma, Daniel, and Raguel, respectively. Gabriel, Arma, and Daniel are system security third officers like Angela, while Raguel is an environmental researcher. Illustrations of the four characters by character designer Masatsugu Saito are featured in the movie’s newly released third key visual.
Additional production credits for Expelled from Paradise: Resonance were also revealed, including:

The original, Graphinica-produced Expelled from Paradise film took place in a future where most of mankind has become digitized and reside in a virtual society called DEVA. Agent Angela Balzac is sent to a ruined Earth in a physical body after a hacker infiltrates this supposed paradise. The new preview for Expelled from Paradise: Resonance teases, “This is the exterior of paradise. The possibilities are endless.”
