Bulkhead Drill Template — Clean & Gray Jerry (Print @100%)

Bulkhead Drill Template — CLEAN Jerry (Pickup)

Print at 100% (no “fit to page”). Tape this to the lower side of the clean-water jerry. Align the template’s right & bottom edges with the jerry’s side seam and base. Drill a 3–4 mm pilot, then step to the chosen ring.

Pick the ring that matches your bulkhead spec (many 1/2″ bulkheads use ⌀28.6 mm; some need 22–32 mm). Start small and step up with a step-bit for a snug fit.

Bulkhead Drill Template — GRAY Jerry (Drain Inlet)

Align right & top edges to the jerry’s side seam and shoulder. Center is set 40 mm in and 25 mm down to catch the funnel hose.

Align to SIDE edge Align to TOP edge 50 mm Hole center Offsets: 40 mm in, 25 mm down ⌀22 / 25 / 28.6 / 32 mm 25 mm 40 mm

Use the same ring size as your fitting on the CLEAN side for consistent hardware. Keep the drain tube a few cm below the cap to reduce splash/odor.

Laser-Cut Jig (Acrylic) — Optional

Cut 3 mm acrylic at hairline stroke. Clamp the jig to the container and drill through the guide hole.

Jig: 120×60 mm, clamp slots 8×52 mm
