Hello and good evening, everybody. I’m pleased to announce that Anime Herald Magazine #1 is now complete. The physical edition is currently being printed with our publishing partner, and we’re just waiting for the final shipments to arrive before we enter the “Hell of Perpetual Shipping,” to borrow a term from AnimEigo co-founder Robert Woodhead.
Unfortunately, we will miss our planned November ship period, due to delays attributed to the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. However, barring a disaster, we should have the printed volumes in-hand for the first week of December. We’ll be preparing shipments as soon as they arrive, and working to get all orders out as quickly and safely as possible. We want you to be happy, and to deliver the highest-quality publication possible. I’ve taken every step in ensuring that the magazine we send out lives up to my personal expectations, and I thank you for your patience as we work through this final stretch.
The Digital Edition Launches Today
On a happier note, I’m pleased to announce that the digital edition of Anime Herald Magazine #1 is launching tonight. We’ll be sending the issue to folks who purchased both the digital edition and the bundle. Moreover, we will be publishing the extended transcript of our interview with Helen McCarthy for all customers this evening.
I want to thank you all for your support. It would have been impossible to even dream of making this project a reality without all of you. I can’t wait to hear your thoughts on this inaugural installment.
