Smiley & Lively☆Your Girl Happy, a new manga that follows a despondent working woman with the ironic name of Happy, has begun serialization in English on Shueisha’s MANGA Plus. It also debuted on Shonen Jump+ in Japan with the title Nikoniko Genki ☆ Happy-chan.
Here’s the synopsis:

The manga’s creator is Nosuke Inujima, whose previous works include the one-shots Sukima Jikan (about a couple struggling with the time it takes for the guy to put on a condom) and Hokago (about a girl’s unusual afterschool activity). You can check it out here.
