By using our site, services, or features (including CraveZone, games, forums, polls, and user submissions), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please do not use the site.

2. Who Can Use GamerzCrave

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you’re under 18, make sure you have a parent or guardian’s permission.

3. Your Account & Security

• You’re responsible for your account’s security and activity.
• Don’t share your login with others.
• We use Firebase to manage accounts, login, and authentication securely.

4. User Content

When you submit content (comments, memes, polls, etc.):

• You keep ownership, but give us a license to use and display it on the site.
• You must not upload anything offensive, illegal, harmful, or NSFW in public areas.
• We can remove content that violates community guidelines.

5. CraveZone & Premium Features

• Some features (e.g. CraveZone) may require a subscription or member status.
• No refunds are issued unless required by law.
• Stripe or similar processors handle payments securely.

6. Rules of Conduct

Please don’t:

• Post spam, malware, or harmful links
• Harass, threaten, or bully others
• Exploit site bugs or cheat in games

7. Account Suspension or Termination

We can suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these terms or the law
• You abuse our platform or other users

Accounts may be deleted permanently after 60 days of inactivity or at your request.

8. Data & Privacy

We follow our Privacy Policy and comply with GDPR/CCPA. You can delete your account and data via settings or by contacting support.

9. Limitations & Disclaimers

GamerzCrave is provided “as-is.” We aren’t liable for:

• Game bugs or site outages
• User-generated content
• Third-party services or links

Use at your own risk, but we work hard to keep it safe and fun!
