A main trailer for the Yowayowa Sensei (Yowayowa Teacher) TV anime has been released.
The trailer includes snippets of the newly announced theme songs, which are “COMIT COMET’ by Daoko (the opening) and “Yowayowa Tsuyotsuyo Minimini Kowakowa” by characters Hiyori Hiwamura, Mizuki Mukubayashi, and Yuki Yukishita (the ending).
Yowayowa Sensei is set to begin airing on April 11. The romantic comedy sees high schooler Akihito Abikura discovering that Hiyori, his homeroom teacher, has another side that starkly contrasts with her fierce image.
The anime is based on the manga by Fukuchi Kamio. The manga started serialization in Kodansha’s Weekly Shonen Magazine in 2022 and has 16 volumes as of February 2026.
HIDIVE will stream the Yowayowa Sensei anime.
