The Botan Kamiina Fully Blossoms When Drunk TV anime is set to have a collaboration event at Yamaha Sound Crossing Shibuya, a location featured in a part of its recent 10th episode. Accompanying the announcement was an illustration drawn and colored by animator Norio Matsumoto, who did key animation for Episode 10, and composited by INTERFACEDOGS’ Tomita Yoshimitsu (the anime’s compositing director).

The collaboration event, named Horoyoi Sound Terrace, will take place from June 27 to August 16 (exempting non-public holiday Tuesdays, July 18 and 26, and August 10 to 14), with operating hours from 12:00 JST and 20:00 JST). One of the highlights is the ability to see some of the instruments that appeared in the show, including Akane Usa’s PACIFICA612V II FMX electric guitar and the REVSTAR RSS02T that features in Episode 10’s performance scene. Visitors can also try playing some of these themselves, with a guide video providing instructions.
Befitting of the anime’s drinking theme, the event will include a collaboration bar in the café area. The drink selection consists of the BREWDOG PUNK IPA (appears in Episode 3), the SHIBUYA HAZY IPA (appears in Episode 10) collaboration set, the Violet Gin Soda (appears in Episode 10) collaboration set, the Botan Kamiina Fully Blossoms When Drunk Collab Non-Alcoholic Cocktail, and the Botan Kamiina Fully Blossoms When Drunk Collab cafè latte. Satin stickers (three designs total, no choosing) will be handed out with the drinks on a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last.

Horoyoi Sound Terrace will also allow visitors to listen to the ending song “Kanjo Glass” via a record player (you can drop the needle yourselves) and the Disklavier self-playing piano, with the latter offering a medley of insert songs as well. “Kanjo Glass” is again featured, together with the opening song “Mebuku Toki” and more, at a listening experience (tentatively from July 1 to 12 at 2:30 PM JST, 4:30 PM JST, and 6:30 PM JST, Tuesdays exempted) with accompanying anime footage and staff explanations of the utilized NS-B330 bookshelf speaker and RX300A AV Receiver.

Beginners who want to learn to play the guitar and/or bass can do so at a free workshop that will teach “Mebuku Toki” using a simplified arrangement. Sessions will begin from July 13.
The nearby CATARATAS BOTTLE SHOP is also getting in on the collaboration action, with two drinks that appeared in the Botan Kamiina Fully Blossoms When Drunk anime, Chichibunishiki Junmaidaiginjo (sake) and One Hundred Years of Solitude (shochu), to be sold during the collaboration period. Additionally, showing your receipts from the CATARATAS BOTTLE SHOP at the collaboration bar in Yamaha Sound Crossing Shibuya will allow you to take home an original paper coaster.
Botan Kamiina Fully Blossoms When Drunk has two more episodes to go, according to its Blu-Ray and DVD listings. The adaptation of Hei‘s yuri manga about several college girls who live in the same dorm began airing on April 10 at 24:00 JST (effectively April 11 at 00:00 JST) and can be found on Crunchyroll and iQIYI.
