A mixed-media style music video for “yorunite,” a song from Gakuen Idolmaster‘s Hatsuboshi Gakuen voice actor unit, has been released.
The slightly disconcerting video cycles through various modes of visual expression, with the variety also extending to the 2D-drawn elements. The song’s character Misuzu Hataya (voiced by Non Harusaki) is depicted in chibi, cardboard cutout, and pixel graphic forms (among others), and is often placed in the real world or physical/physical-looking environments.
YYG NT Lab’s Fudinoyamai and Kazuma Kanai directed the “yorunite” video. Other production credits include:
• Illustrators and animators: Iou, Kuroda, kate, Konro, sa(same), JunchukanBonta, shirai_momokichi, temari izon, Nishiuri tsukasa, hige, Kaito Hirose, bonsai, mikan_city, Miyamori She, rerenge
